By registering and using the Grotm app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be an Indian resident and at least 18 years old.
  • Strict Rule: Only ONE account is allowed per person and per device. Creating multiple accounts will lead to a permanent ban.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account details.

2. Cashback & Task Tracking

Earnings from offers and cashbacks depend on third-party advertisers:

  • Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to reflect in your Pending Wallet.
  • Ad-Blockers: Disable ad-blockers and specific browsers (like Brave) before completing tasks.
  • If a merchant declines a transaction (due to return/cancellation), the pending amount will be rejected.

3. Withdrawal Policy

  • You can request a withdrawal only from your 'Available Balance' (Success Wallet).
  • Withdrawals usually take 24 to 48 working hours to be processed to your UPI or Bank.
  • Grotm is not responsible for failed transactions caused by incorrect UPI IDs or Bank details provided by the user.

4. Anti-Fraud & Account Ban

We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for fraud. Your account will be immediately terminated, and all balances will be forfeited if we detect:

  • - Use of VPNs, Proxies, or Emulators.
  • - Self-referrals or fake referrals using temporary numbers.
  • - Exploiting bugs or hacking the application.

5. Changes to Terms

Grotm reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the updated terms.
